Agreement to these terms
By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. This website is operated by Steady State Fit, doing business as Steady State (“Steady State,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Website information
The site provides general information about Steady State and a way to request a consultation. Submitting a request does not create a trainer-client relationship, guarantee availability, reserve a session, or form a contract for services. Any training services will be governed by separate agreements, policies, waivers, and informed-consent documents provided before participation.
Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, or use site content in a way that violates another person’s rights.
Our content
The site’s branding, written content, graphics, photographs, and other materials belong to Steady State or are used with permission. You may view them for personal, noncommercial use, but may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.
Third-party services and links
The site may use or link to services operated by others. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices.
Availability and liability
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steady State disclaims warranties relating to the site and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update the site or these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
